This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Silver Bullet Holdings ("Company," "we," or "us") and the participating affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By applying for, joining, or participating in the Silver Bullet Holdings Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Independent Contractor & Digistore24 Operations

Relationship: You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Silver Bullet Holdings. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

Affiliate Links & Tracking: Upon acceptance, you will be provided with unique tracking links via the Digistore24 platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure these links are formatted correctly. We are not responsible for lost commissions due to improperly formatted links, user cookie deletion, or ad-blocking software.

Tracking, Payouts, and Refunds: All affiliate tracking, commission calculations, and financial payouts are managed exclusively through the Digistore24 platform. Silver Bullet Holdings does not issue direct payments. If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback within the 60-day guarantee period, any commission earned on that sale will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase the Silver Bullet Options Handbook or the Silver Bullet Stock Scanner for personal use. Self-referrals will be voided and result in immediate termination.

Brand Protection & Intellectual Property

License & Asset Usage: Silver Bullet Holdings grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use our approved logos, book covers, and promotional materials strictly in connection with this Affiliate Program.

Usage Limits: You must not: (i) alter, modify, or manipulate our branding assets in any way; (ii) use our trademarks in a misleading or disparaging way; (iii) use our brand name in your website domain name, social media handles, or business entity name; or (iv) imply we endorse or sponsor your personal services.

Brand Bidding Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on trademarked or branded keywords (e.g., "Silver Bullet Options," "Silver Bullet Stock Scanner," "Silver Bullet Holdings," or "Elite 14") in any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

IP Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including the 24-rule methodology (Rule 0 through Rule 23) and the Silver Bullet Stock Scanner, remain the sole property of Silver Bullet Holdings.

Marketing Restrictions & FTC Compliance

No Gambling or "Get Rich Quick" Claims: To maintain the integrity of our mathematical methodology, you may not make any false, exaggerated, or misleading claims regarding potential earnings. You must not present the 24 rules as a guaranteed way to make money, a "holy grail," or a "get rich quick" scheme.

No Financial Advice: You must explicitly state that the materials are strictly for educational purposes and do not constitute personalized financial, legal, or investment advice.

FTC Disclosures: If you operate within the United States or target U.S. consumers, you must fully comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "As an affiliate, I earn a commission from qualifying purchases") naturally before the affiliate link on every promotional page, post, or video.

Spam & Deception: You may not promote our products via unsolicited bulk email (spam), robocalls, or automated bot networks. The use of cookie-stuffing, spyware, adware, popup/pop-under formats, or deceptive redirects is strictly forbidden and grounds for immediate termination without payout.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silver Bullet Holdings (and its operators and affiliates) against any third-party claim, suit, or action arising from your marketing practices, negligence, noncompliance with FTC regulations, or breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Silver Bullet Holdings be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement. If we are determined to have any liability to you, our aggregate liability will be strictly limited to the total commission amounts you have actually earned in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to a claim.

"As-Is" Delivery: We make no representations about the uninterrupted availability of the Digistore24 network, the Affiliate Tool, or third-party API connections related to our educational materials.

Modification, Governing Law, and Termination

Agreement Changes: We may update and change any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof.

Termination for Cause: Silver Bullet Holdings reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately, with or without cause, by giving written notice. If you are terminated for violating the anti-gambling policies, brand protection rules, or FTC compliance requirements, all pending commissions will be immediately forfeited.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue all use of our trademarks, cover art, affiliate links, and references to Silver Bullet Holdings from your promotional platforms.
